tert-butyl chloride and NH3 product?

tert-butyl chloride+NH3-> will this be an elimination reaction because the alkyl halide is 3 degree and NH3 is a strong base??

I think this one would go E2. (The alkyl halide is tertiary so it cannot go SN2.)
